Q: How do my customers complete the SOUL questionnaire?
A: Easy! There are 2 options:

You can email your clients a link to the questionnaire which they complete in their own time. Then you will be sent an email when it is complete so you can access your client�s SOUL profile.
Your clients can complete the questionnaire in your premises. You can have your clients complete the brief questionnaire at the same time as they complete your customer information forms.

Q: How many questions do my clients have to answer and how long will it take?
A: You have the choice when you become a SOUL member of whether you want your clients to answer 4 or 9 questions. Whichever number of questions you select to offer your clients, the questionnaire should take less than 1 minute!

Q: Do I need a website to use SOUL?
A: No. You simply need access to the internet.

Q: How does my current website connect with the SOUL site?
A: You will be provided with banners and links, so that when clients visit your site, not only will they know you are a member of SOUL, but they can complete their profile online immediately.

Q: How do I know what package is right for me?
A: Smaller operators generally select the basic package. Larger business will benefit from the Professional Package as it offers unlimited access to the number profiles processed and all other reporting and marketing tools.

Q: Can I upgrade from Basic to Advanced?
A: Yes. Simply let us know and we will arrange it for you or do so through your own Admin function!

Q: If I add another location, what is the cost for my monthly subscription?
A: Each location must have its own subscription. Any additional locations you would like to add to your SOUL account will be an additional monthly fee and set up.
