Monthly Subscription Fee
- One low monthly fee pays for everything - SOUL provides complete access to all your data (according to your package), ongoing support and upgrades.
- 12 month contracts - SOUL guarantees not to increase your monthly fee during your contracted year. Just prior to the end of each contract, we will price the next contract year based upon your desired options.
- Get 1 month FREE - If you prefer to pay your fees in one lump sum annually, your final month will be completely free of charge.
Training & Support
The SOUL system is designed with simplicity in mind. Anyone can learn to use SOUL effectively.
Training is available in various forms:- All SOUL members receive access to an e-training manual in PDF format, along with some quick references within the SOUL website. The e-manual is structured to enable you to self-learn how to use SOUL and reap its benefits.
- Live online training is available via Skype at additional cost.
- SOUL offers face to face personal training for those individuals and organisations that prefer a more intensive launching pad. This is also available at additional cost.
Our FAQ section will continue to grow however where this does not answer your question, support is offered via email. In some instances, telephone support may be deemed more suited to the question.
